Objective

Hiremony was designed to help small and medium sized businesses reduce turnover by hiring better, ultimately leading to improved organizational harmony without recruiters or HR.

Overview

Hiremony is an application in development designed to help small and medium businesses:

•  Hire more efficiently and effectively

•  Get a better handle on both hard and soft costs

•  Reduce turnover in a high turnover business

•  Prevent great people from leaving

•  Prevent great teams from falling apart

•  Make succession planning decisions easier

•  Facilitate performance evaluations easier

Key to Hiremony is the use of temperament theory and assessments designed to create more empathy among staff. There are performance related tools as well for users to track success.

I wrote multiple documents, developed wireframes for a larger product and requirements for a Minimal Viable Product. Developed product presentations and developed working components for aspects of Hiremony. I developed all of the corporate branding associated with Hiremony.
